Shipping Procedure
1. Consultation
Make sure you have consulted with our marketing regarding your purchase plan.
2. Invoicing
After everything has been agreed, make sure you receive the purchase invoice.
3. Payment
Provide proof of your payment to our marketing and we will process your order.
4. Permission
Making SIP MENTAN document / permit issuance from the ministry of agriculture.
5. Quarantine
Making SP 01 document for quarantine action, for inspection of plants before being sent.
6. Plant Treatment
Washing, Giving vitamins, Drying, Packing.
7. Packing
2 weeks the plants are ready to be sent to the buyer (can be faster or can be slower).
8. Certificate
Making PHYTOSANITARY CERTIFICATE at the quarantine office.
9. Document
Documents sent with plants (Phytosanitary, Invoice, Packing List).
10. Delivery
Shipping via DHL,EMS,POS EXPORT,UPS,CARGO (According to buyer’s request).
